Welcome to the Missing Link Network (\u201cMLN\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, or \u201cus\u201d). These Terms of
Service (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and
membership offerings available at missinglinknetwork.com ](\u201cSite\u201d). By accessing
or using the Site or any MLN services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Eligibility and Membership<\/strong>
    MLN provides a membership-based business networking platform designed to foster
    professional referrals, strategic growth, and mastermind-style collaboration.
    Membership is available to individuals 18 years or older who are business
    professionals, entrepreneurs, or executives.
    To join MLN:
    You must apply and be approved for a specific Hub.
    Each Hub permits only one seat per industry category.
    We reserve the right to accept or deny membership applications based on alignment\u00a7
    with our mission and member exclusivity requirements.<\/li>\n\n
  2. Member Responsibilities<\/strong>
    As a member of MLN, you agree to:
    Attend weekly Hub meetings and actively participate in masterminding and referral
    activities.
    Respect all fellow members and uphold a professional and collaborative environment.
    Use MLN\u2019s tools and communications ethically and solely for networking and business
    purposes.
    Avoid soliciting members outside the bounds of the established Hub framework or
    policies.
    Violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your
    membership without refund.<\/li>\n\n
  3. Affiliate Reward Program<\/strong>
    MLN offers an affiliate \/reward opportunity. Through our program you may earn points
    which can be used in our \u201cstore\u201d or transferred to compensation. The points are
    awarded by referring new members.
    Participation in Reward Program is not mandatory. It is an automatic benefit for being a
    member of missing link<\/li>\n\n
  4. Payments and Refund Policy<\/strong>
    Membership dues are billed annually.
    Payments are processed securely via our third-party processor.
    All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
    Failure to pay dues may result in suspension of access to MLN services.
    If you cancel your membership, you will retain access through the end of your paid
    period.<\/li>\n\n
  5. Code of Conduct<\/strong>
    All members and event participants agree to:
    Conduct themselves with professionalism, respect, and integrity.
    Avoid discriminatory, abusive, or offensive behavior.
    Maintain confidentiality of shared business strategies or sensitive information disclosed
    in mastermind sessions.
    MLN reserves the right to remove any member or participant who violates this code.<\/li>\n\n
  6. Intellectual Property<\/strong>
    All content on the Site\u2014including logos, materials, templates, and programs\u2014is the
    property of MLN or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of
    the Site or its materials without written permission.<\/li>\n\n
  7. Privacy Policy<\/strong>
    Please refer to our PRIVACY POLICY for details on how we collect, use, and protect
    your personal information. Your use of our Site constitutes consent to these practices.<\/li>\n\n
  8. Disclaimers<\/strong>
    MLN does not guarantee any specific business results, referrals, or income. Your
    success depends on your own participation, actions, and business efforts.
    We provide the platform; you create the momentum.<\/li>\n\n
  9. Limitation of Liability<\/strong>
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
    or consequential damages arising from your participation or use of the Site or services.<\/li>\n\n
